Soft Shell Blue crabs are one of the Mid-Atlantic's seafood delicacies. The Maryland Soft Shell crab sandwich is delicacy beyond measure.
Our Soft Shells are cleaned, frozen and individually wrapped when they arrive at your door.
Soft Shells can be prepared in a variety of ways, baked, deep fried or pan fried.
Jumbos: 5 1/2 - 6" from point to point across the back - approx. weight 4.4 oz.
Primes: 5 - 5 1/2" from point to point across the back - approx. weight 3.2 oz.
